Athens Services Waste Operations Facility

Geotechnical Investigation to develop a 2.5-acre solid waste facility site, consisting of two adjacent lots on Montague Street, each previously occupied by an industrial building, with surrounding asphalt parking lot. The new project required demolition of one the existing industrial buildings, and storm water BMP infiltration and drainage improvements to include a new truck concrete parking lot with a ramp to access the adjoining lot. The other existing building was renovated to include a truck maintenance facility and offices.
